Data & Research Requests

Please visit the FCPS Community Transparency page to determine if readily available data already exists. When you’re ready, submit a data or research request using the “Make a request” button.

Community Transparency

Quick requirements

Use these as a quick check before you start your request.

Internal requests

  • Please allow ample time for OIA to compile the requested data.
  • If the data is needed within 3 days, a meeting with OIA is required.
  • Data may be suppressed depending on the viewing audience selected.

External requests

  • A district co-sponsor must be identified before submitting a request.
  • Requests should be submitted 8 weeks prior to the study.
  • No data collection will occur during April or May.
